24 Aug 07: Habitat awarded Ormeau Hills contract
Habitat is proud to announce that we've been appointed to deliver a large parkland and environmental restoration project at Ormeau in the Gold Coast - Brisbane growth corridor. Specifically, the project is located within the prestigious Ormeau Hills residential estate. This estate is being developed by MCHA Developments and creates a major parkland and environmental corridor for the benefit of existing and future residents of the Ormeua Hills community.
Ormeau Hills is a high quality residential subdivision that has been progressively developed by MCHA Developments since 1998. MCHA Developments is associated by respected propery industry identity, Mr David McLaren.
Habitat has a long standing relationship with MCHA. This relationship commenced with Habitat working on Lakeview Downs in 2001.
Habitat Managing Director, Mr Matt Keys said the company is thriled to once again be working with MCHA Developments. " We're absolutely stoked to again work for the McLaren family. Mr Keys also pointed out that the landscape design had been designed by respected landscape architectural firm, Vivo Design. "On a personal note, I'm particulalrly excited by Habitat being given the opportunity to deliver the vision that has been put in place by Jennifer Neales and the team at Vivo Design. They've really come up with a great design for this stage of Ormeau Hills and I'm really looking forward to Habitat delivering their exciting plans for this stage of Ormeau Hills."
