29 June 09: Habitat Commences Dunal Rehabilitation Works at Little Beach
Habitat is proud to announce that we've been appointed to undertake marine plant salvage and relocation works at Paradise Point on the Gold Coast. Marine plants being relocated include four different species of mangrove and two varieties of sea grass. Frontal dune species being relocated include Coastal Pigface, Coastal Spinifex and Sea Purslane. These works are located within the prestigious Little Beach Resort Residential development, opposite Sovereign Islands.
Little Beach is a high quality 470 Apartment and Townhome residential development which is being developed as a joint venture between Lotte Engineering and Construction Co Ltd and Little Beach Pty Ltd. The development will feature, a public beach, regenerated foreshore and parklands, an Elevated Timber Boardwalk and interprative signage though the Mangroves.
