Habitat has two divisions, Environment Science and Land Management. The Environment Science team is responsible for all Environmental Assessment, Planning and Management reports produced with regard to an assorted range of development proposals including residential subdivisions, resort developments and commercial projects. Our Land Management division handles large scale Environmental Rehabilitation, Ecosystem Reconstruction and Subdivision Parks / Streetscape beautification.
The attached Professional Reference pertains to a project conducted by the Land Management team at Upper Coomera on the Gold Coast. 'Park Springs' is a 101 Lot residential subdivision being developed by the respected South Australian development firm, Hardel Properties. Habitat's work included Entry Statement construction, Internal fencing installation, Streetscape plantings, Bollard installations and large scale Creekbank Stabilisation, Ecological Restoration and Weed Eradication works.
